Tiffany Penfield

As the wife of a retired Army veteran, I’ve experienced military moves firsthand after living in 10 different places over the course of our family’s journey. That experience gives me a unique understanding of the challenges families face when relocating, and it’s one of the reasons I’m passionate about serving buyers and sellers throughout Clarksville and Middle Tennessee.

Before real estate, I spent 10 years as a Certified Ophthalmic Technician and 10 years as a Special Education Assistant. Those careers taught me the value of patience, communication, organization, and truly listening to people’s needs—skills that I bring to every client relationship.

I’m a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and an active member of the Clarksville Association of REALTORS®, where I enjoy serving on committees that support our local community and the real estate industry.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me cheering on my son’s travel hockey team, spending time with my family, volunteering at church, or enjoying a great book and a good cup of coffee.
