John Montgomery

John Montgomery is a seasoned real estate professional serving the Clarksville and Nashville areas. With a background as a retired Army officer and successful real estate investor, John brings exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills to the table. He is a student of the industry and brings his love of learning to serve his clients.  John is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a certified Military Relocation Specialist (MRP), a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), a Leading Relocation Specialist (LRS), and a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).

John is a respected member of several industry organizations including the National Association of REALTORS, the Tennessee Association of REALTORS, and the Clarksville Association of REALTORS. He has earned several accolades, including Crye-Leike Rookie of the Year in 2018 and the #1 Top Producing Team in Crye-Leike in 2019/2020/2021/2022. John is also a proud member of the Multimillion Dollar Club for 2018/2019/2020/2021/2022.

 

He is committed to improving the quality of life for the Clarksville community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Clarksville-Montgomery County Education Foundation. He also serves as an instructor in the President's Emerging Leaders Program at Austin Peay State University. His passion for sharing his knowledge based on experience spills over into his real estate services.

 

When he's not working with clients, you can find John enjoying time with his family or enjoying the outdoors. He is an avid runner, hunter, and fisherman making him particularly knowledgeable about recreational land in this area.
